
Ingredients:
1 16-oz can of chick peas
1 16-oz can of black beans
1 16-oz can of red kidney beans
1/2 red onion
2 cups fat-free balsamic vinaigrette
sea salt (to taste)
Directions:
Rinse and drain the beans in a strainer and mix into a large bowl or container
Finely chop the onion and add it to the beans
Add dressing, and mix thoroughly
Add salt to taste
Serving size: 1 cup
Tip: You can use any 3 beans for this recipe, as well as dry beans!
