Virtual Training and Consultation by Nicole! 

This program is designed to provide you with training and guidance as you embark on your health and fitness journey. Whether you need an in-home, no-equipment plan, or have access to a fitness facility, you and I will customize a plan to accommodate your lifestyle. The program includes:
* An initial in-person consultation, during which we will measure      weight, inches and body fat composition; set up a food tracking system, and work through your first workout.
* Weekly phone check-ins, during which we will review your food and workout diaries, discuss what's working, and work through challenges.
*Monthly in-person meetings to update measurements, advance workouts, and discuss new goals/progress.

The price for the program is $100/month. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or if you'd like to begin your program!

Customized Services

From workout plans to nutrition tips to one-on-one training, whatever you need can be customized to fit your needs*, and most importantly help you arrive at your goals. Services include:
  • Fitness evaluation and assessment: Weight, circumference, body fat assessments, as well as current fitness level to help determine your starting point.
  • Workout plans: Daily, weekly, and monthly plans to keep your workout on track.
  • Exercise programs: What to do, when to do it, and how many times. 
  • Progression programs: Already fit but bored with your workout? Stuck on a plateau? Let's amp it up!
  • Nutrition Guidance: Basic information and tools to help you understand the role nutrition plays in your daily life and fitness goals. Learn to assess food's quality, get past some myths, and avoid common pitfalls.
  • One-on-One Training: Personalized workout sessions that will push you beyond your limits and help you reach your goals safely and efficiently. 

*Fees are based on complexity and frequency, and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
